Lace that's comfortable too. Stretch lace with a soft lining is gentle enough for daily wear. Double-layered lace adds coverage without padding. Under fitted tops, choose padded lace bras with a smooth cup, or wear a lace bralette as a visible layer under sheer shirts and open blazers.

Soft stretch lace with smooth seams and a lined band can be worn all day. Stiffer or scratchy lace is better for shorter wear.

A bralette is usually unpadded and wire-free, with a lighter, softer shape. It's comfortable and pretty enough to show, but a structured bra gives more lift and support.

A demi cup covers about half to three-quarters of the bust, leaving the top open. It lifts and shapes, and works well under low and square necklines.

Hand-wash in cool water with a mild detergent, don't wring, and dry flat in the shade. Store bras with the cups nested so the lace and shape stay intact.
