What each one does. Nipple covers give a smooth finish under thin fabric or when going bra-free. Stick-on cups add coverage and a little lift under backless and halter outfits. Boob tape lifts and holds when there's no room for a bra at all. Clear straps keep a bra low-key under sheer or off-shoulder tops, and fashion tape stops plunging necklines and wrap tops from shifting.

It depends on the type. Silicone and glue-free covers can be washed and reused many times; disposable and satin pasties are single-use. Check each product's description.

Gently wash the adhesive side with mild soap and water after each wear, air-dry it face up, and store it with its original film or cover to keep it clean.

It's double-sided tape that holds clothing to skin. Use it to stop deep necklines gaping, keep wrap tops closed, or fix a strap in place.

Do a small patch test first, apply only to clean, dry skin, and peel it off slowly with oil or warm water. Don't apply it on broken or irritated skin.
