Before you wear:

Make sure your skin is clean & dry (yes, skip those lotions and oils)
Place over the nipple & pull the lifting tab upwards
Press firmly to smoothen any edges
After you’re done:

Gently rinse using mild soap & water
Let it air dry, sticky side up
Reapply protective film & store safely
